General Questions
We cover Motherwell, Wishaw, Bellshill, Hamilton, Bothwell, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Uddingston, East Kilbride and selected areas of Glasgow. If you are not sure whether we reach you, put your postcode into the checker on our contact page and it will tell you straight away.
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and are happy to send you a copy of the certificate before any work starts. We are also a registered waste carrier, so any garden waste we take away is disposed of legally and responsibly.
Light rain is not a problem and we will work through it. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable — heavy rain, waterlogged ground, high winds when we are working at height — we will contact you and move the visit to the next available day. You are never charged for a visit that does not happen.
Not at all. The majority of our customers are out at work when we come. As long as we can get into the garden we will get on with it and leave you a note through the door, plus a record of the visit in your online account. If you have a gate code or a tricky access route, save it against your address and every gardener will see it.
It leaves with us — always included in the price, never an extra. Green waste goes to a licensed facility and is composted wherever possible. We never fill your brown bin and leave you to deal with it.
Usually within a week for regular maintenance and grass cutting. One-off clearances and pressure washing depend on the size of the job and the time of year — spring is our busiest period. The availability calendar on our booking page shows our genuine next free dates.
We can, but carefully. It is an offence to damage an active nest, so between March and August we check every hedge before we start. If we find an active nest we will leave that section and come back once the birds have fledged. We will always tell you why.
Both. Plenty of customers book us once for a clearance, a hedge cut or a patio clean and that is that. There is no obligation to take a regular slot, though most people who try us once do end up on the round.
Pricing & Payment
Regular maintenance visits start at £35 and grass cutting starts at £18 a visit. The exact price depends on the size of your garden, how often we visit and how much access we have. Our instant quote calculator will give you a realistic guide price in under a minute, and a full written quote is always free.
You can pay any invoice online by card or PayPal from your account, and subscriptions can be set up to pay automatically. Bank transfer and cash are also fine. Every payment and invoice is stored in your account so you always have the history.
Subscriptions
No. Our subscriptions are rolling and you can pause, resume or cancel them yourself at any time from your online account. We ask for a little notice where we can get it, purely so we can offer your slot to someone else, but there is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Yes, easily. You can switch between weekly, fortnightly and monthly, change the service, pause over winter or cancel entirely from your dashboard. Any change takes effect from your next scheduled visit.
