Couch grass, ground elder, bindweed and mare's tail all regrow from the smallest fragment left behind, so they need patient, complete removal rather than a quick pass. We will tell you honestly if a border needs a second visit to get on top of it — and we will tell you before we start, not after.
Once a bed is clean, a good mulch is the cheapest weed control there is: it blocks the light, holds moisture and feeds the soil. We can supply and lay bark or compost mulch at the same visit.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and are happy to send you a copy of the certificate before any work starts. We are also a registered waste carrier, so any garden waste we take away is disposed of legally and responsibly.
Regular maintenance visits start at £35 and grass cutting starts at £18 a visit. The exact price depends on the size of your garden, how often we visit and how much access we have. No. Our subscriptions are rolling and you can pause, resume or cancel them yourself at any time from your online account. We ask for a little notice where we can get it, purely so we can offer your slot to someone else, but there is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Light rain is not a problem and we will work through it. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable — heavy rain, waterlogged ground, high winds when we are working at height — we will contact you and move the visit to the next available day. You are never charged for a visit that does not happen.
