Scottish weather is hard on hard surfaces. Moss, algae and black spot build up until a patio looks tired and, more importantly, gets genuinely slippery. Commercial pressure washing strips all of it back and reveals the surface you actually paid for.
We use a rotary flat-surface cleaner on paving, which gives an even finish and none of the zebra striping a hand lance leaves behind. Decking and softer sandstone are cleaned at reduced pressure with a fan nozzle so the surface is never furred or gouged.
Washing block paving lifts the kiln-dried sand from the joints. We can re-sand with fresh kiln-dried or weed-inhibiting jointing sand, and apply a sealer that keeps the colour and slows regrowth for years. Ask for it on your quote.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and are happy to send you a copy of the certificate before any work starts. We are also a registered waste carrier, so any garden waste we take away is disposed of legally and responsibly.

No. Our subscriptions are rolling and you can pause, resume or cancel them yourself at any time from your online account. We ask for a little notice where we can get it, purely so we can offer your slot to someone else, but there is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Light rain is not a problem and we will work through it. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable — heavy rain, waterlogged ground, high winds when we are working at height — we will contact you and move the visit to the next available day. You are never charged for a visit that does not happen.
