Some gardens get away from people. Illness, a house move, a busy year, an inherited property — it happens, and there is no lecture coming from us. We clear it, take it all away, and hand back something you can actually use.
Everything leaves with us and goes to a licensed facility, with green waste composted wherever possible. Landlords and letting agents can have a waste transfer note for their records — just ask when you book.
Clearances vary enormously, so we look before we quote — in person or from a few photos — and the price we agree is the price you pay. No day rates that quietly run on.

Yes. We carry full public liability insurance and are happy to send you a copy of the certificate before any work starts. We are also a registered waste carrier, so any garden waste we take away is disposed of legally and responsibly.
Regular maintenance visits start at £35 and grass cutting starts at £18 a visit. The exact price depends on the size of your garden, how often we visit and how much access we have. No. Our subscriptions are rolling and you can pause, resume or cancel them yourself at any time from your online account. We ask for a little notice where we can get it, purely so we can offer your slot to someone else, but there is no minimum term and no exit fee.
Light rain is not a problem and we will work through it. If conditions are genuinely unsuitable — heavy rain, waterlogged ground, high winds when we are working at height — we will contact you and move the visit to the next available day. You are never charged for a visit that does not happen.
